In accordance with effective local laws and regulations at present, relevant agreements with customers, and stipulations in the Warranty Manual, Yutong will provide free repair by using genuine Yutong vehicle parts in a reasonable and effective way for faults caused by product quality problems within the warranty period.

There are three levels of professional competency: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Only certified bus customer service staff can perform the work.

Yutong boasts a 198-member Yutong service team, which includes 68 international experts from around the world, to pay frequent visits to our customers, enabling early detection and resolution of any issues that may arise.
International Training Centers
The first training center of Yutong Bus opened in 2007 in Zhengzhou, China. Now, we have four training centers worldwide. Each year, these centers collectively train over 1,000 individuals, offering an impressive total of 500 hours of instruction, as part of our ongoing commitment to global customer empowerment.
International Training and Certification Team
